# GoSeek

> GoSeek is social listening that cuts the noise and keeps the insight. It reads every post about a brand, filters out the noise and shows the team the conversations worth acting on.

GoSeek watches brands, products, locations and competitors across Facebook groups, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, X, Trustpilot, BBB, news sites, blogs, forums and the open web, collected on a schedule the customer sets.

## What it does

- Reads everything: every brand, product and location the customer watches, on every platform listed above.
- Throws out the noise: each post is scored for sentiment and checked for relevance, so a complaint about the customer's own business is not buried under memes, ads and competitor chatter.
- Tells the right person: alerts go to the team's Telegram with the thread attached, where it is spreading and what people are upset about. Weekly reports show what is improving and what is not.
- Spike alerts: GoSeek tracks how fast each topic is growing, so a launch, a recall, a viral review or a news story shows up as a spike and the team knows when to respond, when to wait and when to pause ads.
