Accessibility Statement
Last updated November 3, 2026
We want GoSeek's public website to work for everyone, and we are working toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim full conformance. This page says what we tested, what we found and what is still open.
If something on the site gets in your way, email adam@goseek.io. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will give you the information another way if you need it. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
What we tested
On November 1, 2026 we ran the axe-core 4.14 automated checker on the homepage, the blog index and a blog post, at desktop and phone widths. We also confirmed that all three pages fit a 320-pixel-wide screen without sideways scrolling.
That test found low contrast in the homepage footer and a skipped heading level on the homepage. We fixed both, added skip links and clearer keyboard focus outlines, and the re-test reported no violations.
Automated checkers catch only some accessibility problems. We have not yet tested the site with a screen reader or with people who have disabilities, and we have not had an outside audit.
Known limitations
- Homepage film: the opening animation has moving background elements and no pause button. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns most of that motion off.
- Text over the film: the automated checker could not measure contrast for text placed over the animation, so those passages have not been verified.
- The GoSeek app: this testing covered the public website only, not the customer app behind the sign-in.
